Our 60-Day Free Return Window

You may return any eligible item within 60 days from the date your order is delivered. This allows you plenty of time to ensure the product meets your workshop needs.

Free Return Shipping

We proudly offer 100% free return shipping on all orders. If you decide to return a product, our support team will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

Items Eligible for Return

  • Workbench units
  • Tool storage drawers and cabinets
  • Modular components or accessories

Products must be returned with all original hardware, packaging, and accessories to qualify for a full refund.

Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a refund, items must be in:

  • New or like-new condition with no major signs of wear
  • Free from structural damage or modifications
  • Returned with all included manuals, hardware, and components

Refund Processing Time

Once your item arrives at our return facility, returns are inspected and processed within 5 business days.

Refunds are issued back to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

Although rare, if a product arrives damaged or with manufacturing defects, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can quickly resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items
