This Shipping Policy outlines processing times, delivery expectations, shipping costs, and handling procedures to give you full confidence when ordering from us.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after 3 PM CST are processed the following business day.
We do not process orders on weekends or holidays. If delays occur due to high order volume or unforeseen events, we will notify you immediately.
Delivery Timeframe
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within:
- 2 to 4 business days for all U.S. destinations
Delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, or shipping address location.

Where We Ship
We currently ship only within the United States.
Shipping is available to:
- All 50 U.S. states
- Domestic PO Boxes (where carrier supports it)
- Most military APO/FPO addresses
We do not ship internationally at this time.

Depending on your location and order size, we may use one of the following carriers:

- Regional freight partners (for large workbench units)
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear depending on the carrier.

Delivery Delays
Delays may occur due to:
- Bad weather
- Carrier operational delays
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
- High seasonal order volume

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We take package security seriously. If your order arrives damaged or fails to arrive within a reasonable timeframe:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery for damage claims.
- Contact us within 10 days if your package is missing or stolen.
We will work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue and replace or refund your order when necessary.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address during checkout. If a package is returned due to incorrect or incomplete information, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
